Btw, I would suggest avoiding GSE except as a last resort, from what I have learned about it. I'll jump in here to say that I rotated forever, but here I am, years later, complaining about stubborn yeast. I figured out how to control yeast pretty well over the years, but never succeeded in getting get rid of it. I think I'll try not rotating for awhile.
