You can use distilled so long as you supplement with minerals.

I use an RO filter.

Usually means improper fat digestion/absorption. My son required mito

cocktail and amino acids before he tolerated and absorbed fats. I

Maybe, or maybe not. For example, for some kids eye contact is

improved by adding CLO, for the EFAs and vitamin A.
