Guest guest
My husband and I have Cigna of Ohio. My son was intially denied for coverage of helmet therapy. On Novemeber 30th I sent Cigna a 40 page packet of information, including a 3 page appeal letter. I figured find as much information as I could and just bombard them with it. I'd let them know I had been doing my research! Any how on December 28th, I was notified by the review RN that Coverage was approved! I have been recieving the Plagio e-mails and read through them occassionaly. I have noticed quite a few parents with Cigna being denied. If there is anything I can do to help just send me an e-mail. This is my work e-mail so sometimes it takes a day or so to respond, depends on the day! I have e-mailed a couple of you that I have seen that are dealing with Cigna, however, there might be some of you that I missed. Don't give up on the fight for coverage! We are paying them to cover us and our children for medical treatment! Good luck to all of you and feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions what so ever! Sincerely, Vicki Follmer Cincinnati, OH
