urine leaves film in toilet

Hi listers,

This is a very strange question but,

Ever since my autistic son has been toilet trained for urine, the toilet

that he uses gets a grey/black film that covers it. I need to clean it

twice a week. No other toilet in the house has this, and didn't start until

he started urinating in the toilet. I can solve the cleanliness problem with

bleach tablets, but was wondering if anyone has an idea of what this could

be. We tested years ago for ago yeast in his poop and it was negative.

Interestingly enough, both times I have been pregnant, I knew it because

the same thing happened to me. When I had my children, the grey/black film

disappeared. I mentioned it to several obgyns and they had no idea.

Any ideas?
