Guest guest Posted January 10, 2001 Report Share Posted January 10, 2001 We finally received a phone call from our insurance provider (partners of N.C.) and we were informed that the decision regarding paying for the DOC band has been reversed. They WILL now be paying for his band 100%. We are so excited I just had to share with everyone. The process took 4 months to reverse but the time that we put in to the appeal process was definitely worth getting the $3000 back.
