Mustache Rash -- what can it be?

Well, our son has always been pretty rashy, and I thought we'd seen it

all. Now suddenly he's come down with 2 little oval rashes, one on

each side of his upper lip. It looks a bit like the " Got Milk " ads

(only red, of course). It's a dry looking rash, but not exactly excema.

We're on SCD, Houston enzymes, and lots of supps. MOst recent

additions are Potassium and Monolaurin. He also had some tangerines

and honeydew melons recently -- both of which he's had before, but

never with much frequency. Anyone seen this kind of rash?

Any ideas?
