Another person kept seeing fire everywhere. That's why when I was having all that dental work I was glad just regular Tylenol and not much of it could handle the pain. This is very true. Over the past few months I've let myself get out of shape. Trying to get back in has been making tired such, but that's what you would expect from a workout when you haven't done it for a while. But you know they say that that can be the sign of something bad too, but I've been keeping it in perspective. But yes, all these little things that are nothing but also show up with big things can scare the daylights out of you.
Guest guest
, I had a sodium pentathol injection to knock me out for oral surgery that gave me a similar experience. I also remember feeling a pleasant numbness of coldness during that time. It is probably one of the best rests I have ever had. Tom Administrator I remember getting the gas and the world going black. In darkness I stayed for how long I don't know. It was like floating in darkness with no sense of time. At the time I was there for what seemed quite a while, but then when I woke up, it was as if no time had passed at all, nothing more than a blink. Guest guest
> > " It is probably one of the best rests I have ever had. " Really. That's interesting. Maybe I'll have to consider that for my husband's insomnia--knock him out. Did you wake up refreshed and feeling good? One thing that scares me, though it may be rare so it might be that 'scared of sharks' thing--spend so much time worrying about sharks that you never go in the ocean and don't worry about more common dangers, like driving every day--is being awake and able to feel pain under anesthesia but be paralyzed and not able to move or call out. I've been through some germophobic stages especially after watching science shows on bacteria (remember the one about the ones on your eyelid/lashes?) I had to say to myself, " Quit! " and stop thinking about germs altogether. Then I went to far the other way, but that's another story. I think I'm in the middle now but I have to watch myself. > >

A bottle of Purell helps too just in case your have to use something many others have touched. Very good advice. Also keep your hands away from your face while out until you can wash them. The grocery store I usually go to has been keeping a tub of handiwipes by the baskets. I've been using them for years to wipe down the shopping cart handle and some other parts. Since doing that, I haven't been sick nearly as often as I used to. Another store doesn't have that and I'm sure I've picked up a couple of bugs from there. Guest guest
Whenever I quit cigarettes I see huge bugs crawling on the wall during those times when I am half awake, half asleep. Like when I am about to roll over or something like that. Tom Administrator In a message dated 5/24/2006 3:49:56 PM Eastern Standard Time, mikecarrie01@... writes: " Whoa. That's scary. Guest guest
My 10 yr old ASD son has been acting very oppositional for the last week. He had a cold at Christmas, then was fine for a few days after the break ended, and behaviors have become more frequent...just very resistant, talking back, then disolving into tears after being reminded of what is good behavior. We've treated for yeast before, but I'm thinking this is either just a phase of going back to school and the standardized testing they just finished, plus testing for annual review, or the yeast is rearing it's ugly head again. Any ideas?
Guest guest
Hello, My son is 10 also, he get this way when is pH is too acid- I give a little bit of baking soda in his water bottle ( baking soda amount- a small amount from the tip of a spoon) A need for seperate/ (away from other supplements)of Magnesium is sometimes needed for a calming effect.. with my son. I also find 5 -HTP usefull in these instances. I have learned that the gut uses something like 80 % of the serotonin - which is good for the gut when I supplement orally- but when it comes to being oppositional - I find mixing 5HTP in a little sunflower oil and rubing it on the back of my sons neck works great. I keep alittle in oil my purse and capsules of 5 HTP and mix it anywhere I am in the palm of my hand.... I get less stressed out too. My 2 cents Ann

The virus may still be resident in his body. I once watched a cold virus go straight into my son's brain. So you might try adding lots of vitamin C, Virastop enzyme, or olive leaf extract to see if they help. Also, viral " die off " , plus the sweets usually eaten at Christmas time, tend to cause yeast, so it might be yeast. http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Dana
