Guest guest
Hi I started bio med for my son 7 months back and currently doing Yasko. Last year I got peptide test done. Caesin was .36 and gluten was 2.7. So we continued with dairy and went GF with HNI enzymes. He took enzymes for 3 months and then stopped. Due to lot of health issues, we sort of stopped all supplements. Due to his CBS++ he has to be on low protein diet. So after we went GF and low protein, his yeast shot up. I am thinking starting wheat in moderation for addressing his yeast issue. After 6 months , I did another peptide test and his caesin is 2.6 and gluten is 1.6 , both still high. I want to go back to normal diet with enzymes. How low these peptide readings should be? Please suggest how can I do that. Do I give enzyem three times a day no matter if his meal has caesin/gluten or not? What is the marker for perfect peptides in body? Is it ok to switch back to normal diet or should I continue with diet with enzymes? Thannks Meenakshi
