Guest guest
I'd never heard of Melatonin not being good with antidepressants... I guess it depends on the antidepressant. My doc recommended it years ago when I was on a different antidepressant because he didn't think I needed a sleeping pill at the time. Melatonin is the chemical your body makes naturally when it's ready to sleep. Of course it's always good to check with your doc before starting any self-medication so just talk with your doc. & gt; & gt; I need help sleeping. I was on Trazadone for the last 3 years and it & gt; worked great with the Lexapro, however recently it stopped working. & gt; What other options are there available for sleep. Thanks in advance. & gt; & gt; RJ & gt; > > > > _______________________________________________ > No banners. No pop-ups. Guest guest
I used to take melatonin sometimes but after the lexapro therapy I found out from experience that I cannot take it. It seems to make the lexapro not work the next day. --- Jen <jenniferm32@...> wrote: > > I'd never heard of Melatonin not being good with > antidepressants...
