anyway, andy got casted the same day while we were in town.

He cried and

screamed for mama which broke my heart. I held it together until

it was

over then we both cried with plaster all over both of us.

we are

looking at probably 6 months of treatment and may have a hard time

getting him not to take his own band off or his brother doing it

for

him! should be interesting.. but I had to try. even if it

fails, it will

be worth it to me.. money and time. I just wish we'd done it sooner,

of

course. we'll go back in about a week for the first fitting

and then a

week after that for another. lots of driving. about 3 hours

each way.

the little tv we got for the van was a lifesaver. only 200 dollars

which

is nothing compared to the 3k we plunked down out of pocket for

the band.

again, to me, the money is well worth even a 5 percent improvement.

we

were told 10 percent would be good, but we are hopeful for more.
