Guest guest
Hi, I have a question. My 10 year old daughter has been on AFP pep for the past 10 months. We have given it with all foods. Prior to this we were not GFCF and she had no obvious bowel problems. I also included the zyme prime with all meals for about 5 months. I have not seen any improvements. She would not be considered high functioning so I should be able to detect improvements easily. My question is, is 10 months long enough? Again she had no diarhea or constipation prior. Can I safely quit, have I done this long enough? Thanks. Joanna

Sometimes you don't notice changes until you try to remove something. Before you remove the Pep and ZP, you might try NF just to see if that makes a difference.
