Guest guest
Hi everyone, My son has been on HN-Zyme prime and AFP Peptizide for not very long but for a few days he seem uninterested in the usual diet of pizza. So, I used that opportunity got him started on CFGF diet. We are on our day 3. I have continued with both enzymes but reduced the amount. The first day he was happy and sweet. Yesterday afternoon he started very yeasty BMs and the behavior that accompany yeast increase. Should I expect this as part of Die Off and withdrawal and do nothing or should I increase the probiotics? Does he still benefit from AFP Peptizide on CFGF diet or HN-ZP is enough . One last thing is I like to start No-Phenol. How long should I wait to do this? Thank you in advance. Haleh
Guest guest
Have you been feeding him a lot of potato products? What about nuts? Those upset yeast. I also noticed when I put my son on diet that i gave him vanilla rice milk. From what I've read, vanilla can upset yeast as well. He did better when we switched to alternating hazelnut milk and almond milk (both plain flavors). Increase probiotics. Many times gfcf will increase yeast, especially if you give a lot of apples and other foods which tend to feed yeast. > Does he still benefit from AFP Peptizide on CFGF diet or HN-ZP is enough . If he eats soy, AFP is required. Otherwise, AFP is not so critical, but can still help with cross contamination issues, infractions, and other digestive issues. > One last thing is I like to start No-Phenol.
