This can be yeast die off, bacteria overgrowth, or intolerance to the

probiotic.

--- Thanks Dana. Do you think a week is long enough to know whether or

not it is beneficial/ intolerable? I know some have had great results

w/ this probiotic and some have had well, not so great results. How

long can die-off take, if that is what is happening?

Not necessarily. Many times it will take more than a week for " die

off " to reduce.

Sometimes up to 3 weeks. Giving activated charcoal can help with die

off symptoms, but it can also help with intolerance symptoms.

What happens if you give a different probiotic? Or a different type

of anti-fungal altogether?
