Guest guest
What are the black specks in yeasty stools that people talk about? I have seen a few of these. How do I know if vit C is buffered? Since vit c is an anti-viral can it increase yeast? I am aware vit c helps with constipation. Pretty much stopped anti-virals except vitamin c and one virastop a day due to yeast. We have seen excellent cognitive improvement with anti-virals. Since we have had to slow down does that mean she will loose the cognitive gains she made on the anti-virals????? Mannatech glyconutrients help support immune function. I am wondering since it helps support the immune sytem if it causes viral die-off thus increasing yeast. I stopped giving this because I am so unsure of what to do. Awhile back I gave her Bragg's apple cider vinegar in pure water. It has been reported that Bragg's vinegar helps clear out yeast, bacteria and toxins. I saw a marked improvement from using this but stopped since we were doing so many other things. Has anyone else tried this. It was helpful to us. Thanks, Melinda
