Guest guest
Hi Everyone, For those new members...you could not have chosen better groups. They have both helped us tremendously! will be 16mos next week. We pretty much have the same story about an unconcerned ped. We changed drs and has been in PT and helmet since Jan '00. He is in ! his third helmet. We see neuro next month but I am not sure if he will release or continue until 18mos. He has been released from Pt at the Univ of Chicago for about two weeks. He will continue to be monitored by PT thru EI for at least another month. He had session today and he did wonderful. Pt had not seen him since before holidays and she did evaluation. On some areas, he scored at almost 2 years. This was great to hear since there was a time he was several months behind and failed to use both arms equally. So, for those of you who are new here, it DOES get better. Just be patient!! Belinda(Indiana)
Guest guest
I have a as well so I thought it was funny to see this because WE are almost done as well! I thought we *were* done but dr said another couple of weeks so we will do that. is at 6mm and last time 10mm and when we started 15mm so I am happy about movement although his head is stubborn and dr said last time we should have been done in 5 weeks total. oh well. From back of head, looks good, from top: could use a bit more work.
