Guest guest
Debrox is a product made just for softening earwax. Also, Colace. It is an OTC liquid stool softner, and a few drops followed about 15mins later by a warm flush works well and is very safe. > > Hi listmates, > I have been having a problem for a long time...I seem to have a ringing in my ears...it's not constant, but I noticed it this mornig because it was quiet. It has been ongoing, it doesn't hurt, it's more of an annoyance when I notice it. Also, I have noticed that when I get wax out of one ear, it has a terrible smell...but the other ear doesn't. I think I have a wax problem also...many years ago I dove in a pool and one ear's wax immediately froze. I had to go to the emergency clinic and it took an hour (or so) of flushing, and a huge gob popped out. Can anyone suggest something I can use to soften the wax so I can irrigate the ear? > Thanks! > > p.s. we have a pool > > __________________________________________________ >
Guest guest
> Hi listmates, > I have been having a problem for a long time...I seem to have a ringing in my ears... For me, this means yeast in my ears. I use probiotics and/or GSE [oral], depending on how bad it is, and that eliminates the problem. >>Also, I have noticed that when I get wax out of one ear, it has a terrible smell... Ear wax is associated with milk intolerance for many people. For my son, ear wax meant mitochondrial issues. Eating anything with fat in it caused excessive wax until I addressed his mitochondrial issues. I wrote about it here http://www.danasview.net/mar05.htm Dana
Guest guest
, This made me think about my own ringing issue. I've had ear ringing for years and they just flushed my ears because of wax build up. Wow! That's a crazy experience. Anyway, I just realized that I think the ringing has gone away. I think if you put garlic oil in your ears that will soften the wax. They should have softened the wax at the docs before doing the irrigation. You can irrigate your ears at home but that industrial strength irrigation thingy is the best though it can hurt. Now , I also wonder about milk allergies and yeast. Hmmmm..... I'd suggest going to the doc to get the wax removed again and do this on a regular basis. You might be able to buy a big irrigation syringe online. I used to use garlic oil and a little syringe but there was still a lot of wax in there. And the oil made it so I couldn't hear for a few days. Just be careful if you have a punctured ear drum. The stinky part has to be bacteria or yeast. I'd go see an allopathic doc....did I just say that. Actually this is something right up their alley. It's something that they can fix. Then check yourself for yeast issues. Gwen
Guest guest
I use GSE (very diluted) in my ears to kill the yeast and then use hydrogen peroxide to kill any bacteria. I've found this is a very good combination and after the problem is gone occasional maintenance doses are helpful for keeping it from coming back. Guest guest
Dear , Just a few drops of hydrogen peroxide does the trick for my family. It actually seems to “eat” the wax up. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of lisa lally Sent: Thursday, July 27, 2006 7:11 AM ; chelatingkids2 ; mb12 valtrex Subject: OT: GROSS: ringing ears..ear wax removal suggestions Hi listmates, I have been having a problem for a long time...I seem to have a ringing in my ears...it's not constant, but I noticed it this mornig because it was quiet. Guest guest
Have you ever tried an ear wax candle? My son has ear wax build up and we use the candles every other month. For daily cleaning we use peroxide.
Guest guest
This is from yeast in our family. I use 1-2 drops of GSE. Guest guest
Two of my kids get huge amounts of earwax when they eat something they shouldn't. Enzymes have stopped it for the most part. rebecca <greensage@...> wrote: Debrox is a product made just for softening earwax. Also, Colace.
