Guest guest
I am hoping someone can help me sort this out...my daughter started CF diet in Oct with great results so I gradually added in enzymes (HNI-pepizyde and HN-zyme). At the start of Christmas break she was " happy child " with rave reports from teachers. I tried adding no- fenol and she got mouth sores so I stopped. Also she did get some dairy,as my husband was a doubter and thought she could have some ice-cream. I also tried 3 days of VSL#3 in tiny amounts. And she probably didnt get her other supps as regularly (emergen-C, CLO) AND I was trying to change her Magnesium from mag-oxide at bed to magcitrate with meals...I know I tried too much at once BUT...she fell apart with hyperness, aggression, constipation rash-like itchy skin. On top of it all she started her period. So I took away everything except the HN-zyme and mag-oxide, reinstituted the CF diet and tried epsom salt baths which helped a bit. Question...yeast?die-off?allergy?diet infraction response? I'm afraid to try anything that will make her aggressive as she is 20 years old and very fit and strong! how do you know if sulfate (in the baths) is " tolerated " ? how do you know if probiotics are " tolerated " ? I know I should attack the yeast but am trying to get her constipation firmly under control first.

If epsom salt baths helped, consider phenol intolerance http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm > I know I should attack the yeast but am trying to get her constipation firmly under control Yeast can be constipating. Other constipation ideas here http://www.danasview.net/constip.htm Dana
