Just heard from our insurance

I called our ins. company today to see how the claim was coming. It seems that they need a letter of medical necessity before they will cover the band. So I am trying to get one sent to them from our ENT about Noah's ear problems and also one from the neurosurgeon.

So my question for you all is. Has anyone dealt with Southcare insurance. (It is Willis administrative services) If so what luck have you had?
