I have a 10 mo. old daughter who has (undiagnosed) multiple food sensitivities and we've been on the SCD for 3 weeks. I've been giving her an " overall " enzyme prescribed by our homeopath for a couple of months now. These things have helped some. (She exhibits some stimming behaviors and her sleep patterns are horrendous.) I'm reading here tonight because I'm suspecting she's sensitive to phenols too.
