Guest guest
Hi, Like everyone, we now have a stinky DOC band - YUK! I have a couple of questions. Does anyone clean their band more than once a day? Ive been thinking of cleaning it in the morning when gets up, and then again at night when I give her a bath. Im using 99% alcohol and Ive got the watermelon shampoo, but it still is stinky. Any other suggestions. I cant imagine what this thing is going to smell like in 3 months! and (banded 12/28)
Guest guest
Hi, We were instructed to clean 's DOC band twice a day, morning and night. I also wiped her head down during the day when I took off the band to do her stretches. The sweating should diminish after a couple of weeks as she adjusts. Be sure not to dress her too warmly...it must get really hot under those bands. Hope this helps, Sue & (1/21/00) Bakersfield, CA > Hi, > Like everyone, we now have a stinky DOC band - YUK! > I have a couple of questions. Does anyone clean their band more > than once a day? Guest guest
She's referring to L'Oreal Kids Watermelon Shampoo which helps stinky heads smell better. It's not for the band! Guest guest
We were told that we could use baby shampoo or alcohol to clean the white part of the band (not the fleece) Laurie
