High Zinc levels in hair, Does he have too much or might be deficeint??

Help! I looked back at ben's hair sample. it shows his hair was super

high in zinc--off the charts. sooooo, does that mean he's deficient in

zinc b/c his body isn't absorbing it) or he has too much?
