Guest guest
Could you please tell the exact name/brand of these drops? Are these two differant drops or come in the same bottle as " garlic and mullein drops " .My son's right ear has fluid very often and it smells really really bad. Also ,we are in Oak Creek Wi.I wonder if there is a good chiropractor in this area.Did he do some compressions to fix the ear probelm?used oils? I dont know much about chiro practors but I've heard people are trusting this treatment for certain ailments and pain management.I have been psotponing taking him to E & T because of the fear what they might give him for the fuid. Some antibiotic to mess up his system even more . It was only after fixing her immune system did the infections stop. This took some time. If there is no perforation you could try using garlic and mullein oil drops. They worked overnight for my daughter each time (after years of ongoing infections that were never resolved with antibiotics or any other interventions). I also used them on my autistic son. He had fluid in both ears for 15 months. Then both ears were infected, again. The drops cleared up the recent infection. And, when we had his ears tested a couple weeks ago with the machine (sorry, I cannot remember what the name of it is) which is far more accurate than the human eye, no fluid. During this time, we had also taken our son to a chiropractor for constipation problems. The chiro helped with those enormously and was also working on my son's ears. I chose this chiro in the first place because a few moms had reported that he had stopped their children's chronic ear infections. I'm not sure whether to credit the drops, the chiro, or both, but my son's ears are clear for the first time since he regressed into autism. Sorry this sounds so rambly. I hope it makes sense. Guest guest
, I buy the Eclectic Kids brand of drops. The are garlic and mullein oil combined. When you say fluid, do you mean fluid coming out? If it is coming out, it is highly likely the drops cannot be used. I see you received some comments about yeast and ear infections. I've known NT kids with fungus in their ears who were given, of course, antibiotics, which made the problem 100 times worse. Yeast, in one way or another, may be an issue here. It is hard to get young kids back to a normal bacteria level after antibiotic use. It can take years. Please be sure you have an aggressive yeast protocol. I also know you're considering chelation. Proper chelation (please see the autism treatment list) can eventually resolve immune system and yeast problems. This may be part of the long term answer for you. About the chiro. There are, of course, some very bad ones you need to avoid. I asked around as much as I could before I took my son. Try to do the same. Maybe contact your local autism association, or even a local parenting association with lots of moms who have a natural approach. My chiro was used to working with kids and I really believe that he is a big part of my son's improved health, both in terms of bowels and ears. The chiro did adjustments but used no supplements or anything like that. If your boys are twins they were likely born by caesarean. This, or actually a number of things since then, could have caused problems that a chiro could address. Best of luck. It is hard, I know.
