Guest guest
I realize that I will probably have to make adjustments, but I do need to have some kind of a game plan to start with. So at this point I am aiming for the following enzymes with my kids (want to get rid of yeast & help against autoimmunity): 1 Peptizyde & 1 Zyme-prime with whatever they eat (usu. eat 4xd) 1 No-Phenol am & pm Does this sound about right for a 13yo, 10yo, & 8yo? And what would be something equivalent to aim for with my 2 & 1/2yo? We've been doing Enzym-complete DPP-IV from Kirkman's & they have tolerated it pretty well so I am hoping that it will not take us long to work up to the above plan. TIA! ~Vivian
Guest guest
>>> 1 Peptizyde & 1 Zyme-prime with whatever they eat (usu. eat 4xd) > 1 No-Phenol am & pm this is a good game plan to start with. Start one at a time. Then adjust as needed. The 2 1/2 year old would take the same as the older kids for the same amount of food. Enzymes work on contact with the food so that is what to go by, not age or wait. My boys ended up needing different doses of different enzymes per their own individuality. The younger one did better with No-Fenol while that didn't add anything for the older one. Older one did best with Peptizyde. So if one of your kids doesn't seem to need one, or does better with extra of one, that is to be expected as well. .
