Alpha Lipoic Acid and turning yellow

I was taking Alpha Lipoic Acid last month and I stopped it because my

skin started to turn yellow. Should I have stopped it, or was the

yellow skin okay? I noticed my ears ringing severely after I was

using the Alpha Lipoic Acid for a few weeks. Could there be a

connection?

I am so very confused by all of the information on this website. I

feel overloaded and I am trying not to shut down and just stop

everything like I usually do. I am going to get better even if it

takes me the rest of my life to do it. I apologize in advance for the

many questions I am going to post to this group in the next few

months. Please bear with me.

This is likely a liver issue, which Anita has already addressed with you.

For me, ringing ears meant I had yeast in my ears. I took GSE to

eliminate that problem, but there are other things you can do also.

I am chelating myself with ALA. I bought 25mg capsules and started at

1/3 capsule per dose. I use it 3x per day. I did have all my

amalgams removed first, so you should definitely consider doing that.
