I read that i can give this together and can give with No-fenol. Can I

give these along with my son's other supplements with meals? On an

empty stomach? Not sure if I can do an empty stomach, since when he

gets home he needs an after school snack.

Thanks for the help!

From what I read on 's site... It should be on an empty

stomach.

http://www.enzymestuff.com/conditionviruses.htm

Try getting your child up a little early to get the one hour in

before breakfast. Try giving it two hours after dinner (in our

case, we are giving it to him when he's sleeping as he's in bed

before that two hour window). I'm simply starving my child in the

afternoon for three hours to try and get in a third dose (two hours

after lunch and one hour before anything else).

From what I understand, if you give this with meals... the Virastop

will eat the food and not scavange the body for the protein in the

viruses. But I really am not an expert, I'm just parroting what I

read on her site (delayed echolalia... :) ).

Sally, thanks for your input. i went to the link you gave me to reak

and was wondering if you could direct me to where talks about

the procedure for using the virastop? You give it several times a

day, then? With the OLE? I'm still going to go back to her site and

read tonight, so I may be able to get to it myself. Thanks again for

responding!

Empty stomach is best, but I know a few people who do give it with

meals. The Virastop and No-Fenol won't work as well on viruses/yeast,

because they will be working on the food. But usually they do

*something* besides work on the food.

Yes, this is fine.

Donna, the idea is to give the ViraStop and OLE so they are not held

up by food and can get into the system quicker. But if taking with

meals is the only option, giving them with meals is better than not

giving them at all. A few people who had difficulty tolerating even a

little ViraStop enzymes initially found they had no problem if they

took the ViraStop with meals...and they still saw good results.

Fortunately there is some 'give' in this program.

and when enzymes are to be given 'on an empty stomach', this

generally means 'not with a major meal or large snack'. If you need

to eat a little food or drink to get the enzymes down, do that. It

does not inactive the enzymes or anything. Again the idea is not to

hold up the enzymes in the stomach with food, and allow the enzymes

to hurry on into the body where they can work on other things.
