It depends on your child.

GSE helps when my son has yeast but OoO does not. OoO works well as an

anti-viral for him.

My son did not tolerate oil of oregano, but it is good for bacteria as

well as yeast.

GSE worked really well for my son for yeast. I used OLE for bacteria.

Grapefruit seed extract.

Don't confuse it with grape seed extract, which is a good antioxidant

but does nothing for yeast.
