Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 I'm new at this, so forgive me if this is a ridiculous idea, but I was wondering if you can take pau d' arco bark, grind it up and put a few tbsp in muffins, cookies, etc.?
