Guest guest
Daly, From my experience the best thing for constipation is a good mutli spectrum digestive enzyme given at least 15 mins prior to any meals. You can also give Alka Selzer gold or use activated charcaol. However, be careful of timing you give the activated charcoal as it has the capacity to absorb bad and good substances in the bowels. Rgds, Chidi - Nigeria Can probiotics cause constipation? Regression? Still can't figure out what is causing my son to have constipation issues. Didn't give clo and that didn't help. Stopped rice milk and bananas that didn't help. Added GSE that didn't help. I haven't tried removing the Klare's Therbiotic probiotic. Can probiotics cause constipation? How do you know if you have an overgrowth of good bacteria? My son is also more hyper lately standing on his head and has a runny nose. Can sinus infections be caused by bacteria rather than just yeast? I keep suspecting yeast - but maybe it is bacteria even though he is constipated. Any advice? For my kids, and myself, overgrowth of good bacteria causes the same symptoms as overgrowth of bad bacteria. >> My son is also more hyper lately standing on his head and > has a runny nose. Well, standing on his head meant yeast for my son. And at first, it took a lot more than just probiotics to eliminate the yeast. Sinus infections can be caused by yeast or bacteria.
