Guest guest
Oh my goodness, I feel bad for my kids- even though I know it is a good thing. I started taking (finally got around to it) zyme prime this week 1/2 with each meal and I have had intermittent stomach pain. I've also had diarrhea with it. I did not realize it was going to be this bothersome. What kind of junk is in my gut? I am scared to know. I tried it before and backed off, not wanting to really go to 1/4 of a cap or anything. This time I decided to keep push through it and now it has subsided, but only after 4 days of it. (Yeah, I know pushing through not good, but I do it with me and not the kids). I guess I should edge up some more. I think I may do 3/4 instead of a whole one though. Gees at this rate it will take me months to get fully on them. It has been this way with son #2. I had to totally quit for a week or more. Then I gave him just a pinch for a week, etc. Now he is on a full dose of zyme prime and a pinch of peptizyde. I took the time with him since he is a child, but most things don't bother me, so I thought this would be the same. Weird. You know the no-fenol- we have all done for yeast has not bothered any of us. Anyone else have this trouble? Thanks, Laurie G
