Guest guest
I would just like to add that if someone has celiac disease, I don't believe enzymes can stop the autoimmune reaction to gluten. The damage to the intestines would still happen. , maybe you know about this?? My daughter had a lot of gastrointestinal problems before the diet and though we did not have the celiac testing done as she was already gf, I am not ruling out the possibility that she has celiac disease so I will probably keep her on the diet even with enzymes.
