I have given both of those to my son [and myself] for over 2 years. The most OLE I ever gave my son was 3000mg per day. I don't want to post how much GSE I have given, but suffice it to say it was an amazingly high amount, because that is what he needed to eliminate the yeast caused by viral " die off " .
