Guest guest
Hi, Ive recently been experiencing severe digestive problems, from const–dia and back again, kinda caught in a loop. I should alos add im lactose intolerant and have suffered with digestive problems my whole life, IBS etc. Ive begun doing research on digestive enzymes aand think this could be a good avenue to use in the help of my digestive issues. Ive read about a urine test that is available to test what kind of enzymes you lack, does anyone have any information about this, ive found little on-line. Or is there another avenue to take to find out whats going on with the enzymes. Ive been taking Acidofolis and a quick digest after my meals to help the process. What aboout a colon cleanse, would this help to clean things out and set the body back on straight? thanks If this is the wrong group to be positn this on i apologize. Guest guest
I hate to break it to you, but you could be celiac. A lot of celiacs have diarrhea/constipation swings. A lot of them ( if I remember correctly 75% ??) are lactose intolerant. I also had false negative blood tests, and when they said let's do colonoscopy, I remembered the high rates of false negatives there, and said uh-uh. I ended up doing testing through enterolab. They do a stool thing that is quite accurate. www.enterolab.com also -- www.celiac.com Go through the forum and read some things.
