Guest guest
Liz, Tues. is my last appointment. (I hope);0( I have a whole folder full of info. I plan to tell the plastic surgeon that he cant " fix " the problem, to give me a scrip for a DOC and I will travel. I remember this Dr. performed surgery on Luke (my 7yr old) 5 years ago for a hairy birth mark on his shoulder. My husband and I liked him because he was one of those guys that thought about the psychological aspects of looking different. Keep us in your prayers that all goes well. Right now I think I hate the medical field. :0( Thanks and Sam
Guest guest
can you get your ped to write the script? If not, change peds and ask around for one who will. My first ped would NOT even acknowledge a problem and so we changed to a ped that lets me do what I think is necesary sometimes instead of trying to tell me whatb I can do with my child. Surely there is someone on this site with a ped that thinks that way from your community. This also helps by stopping all the other referral appointments so you can go directly to a fitting. Depending on where you will find a band you can also go to one of the dr's listed on the ct site like someone else mentioned earlier they went to the specialist for the script and then to ct the same day. 's mom and dad - you are doing a fine job treating Josh, sorry it has been so hard. Anyone living in Cleveland area, Pittsburgh area or just western pa and eastern Ohio, please fill me in on the weather for the next few days as we are traveling to Cleveland from central Pa for a couple days. Today is Jan 8 and we will return on Jan 11-12. yeeman@... Thank you. Liz and Lil
