Hi, Ive recently been experiencing severe digestive problems, from const–dia

and back again,

kinda caught in a loop. I should alos add im lactose intolerant and have

suffered with

digestive problems my whole life, IBS etc. Ive begun doing research on

digestive enzymes

aand think this could be a good avenue to use in the help of my digestive

issues. Ive read

about a urine test that is available to test what kind of enzymes you lack,

does anyone have

any information about this, ive found little on-line. Or is there another

avenue to take to find

out whats going on with the enzymes

>>Hello

I was Dx IBS, Colistis and DD last year, HNI HN Zyme has sorted me along

with Sacc Boulardii probiotics - if I remember to take these regularly I have

no

problems AT ALL.

Enzymes are cheap, easy to take, I would do a trial rather than mess about

with costly tests which will likely end up meaning trial and error anyways. Do

you take enyzmes for your lactose intolerance already?

I don;t think you can test for enzymes in urine - they get used up rather

than pee'd away. Are you thinking of the Gluten and Casein urine tests? Ours

was inconclusive - yeah that helped - NOT! Enzymes helped my son significantly
