Guest guest
I was wanting to see what was used to help with yeast in the gut? I'm not sure if this is a true yeast problem or something else. I'm having problems with sulfur smelling gas after I eat any carbs or sugars or even protein like eggs and nut butters. I do fine as long as I just eat veggies all day (and fruit) but as soon as I eat even the healthy carbs I bloat right up and get the gas that is hard to hold back. Could this be yeast or a food sensitivity? What could I take to correct this problem? Do I need to do some GSE or something like that? I don't have any other signs of yeast problems. Thank you I am taking Probiotics and enzymes after meals.I also take some HCL during my meals.
