Which Enzymes to buy?

My son's food sensitivity tests came back high on Milk and Casein.

His wheat was mild as was peanuts, egg whites, and a few other things

were mild to borderline. But his milk and casein were way off the

charts. Which Houston Enzymes would be best to give him? I would like

to add wheat back in his diet, not so much the dairy or casein. We will

be making our own bread after Christmas and really would love for him

to benefit from the nutrition of fresh ground grains.

Thank you

Also do I give him the enzymes at the same time at every meal?

For wheat/casien(milk) you'd want AFP Chewables from Houston. We also have

my daughter take the Zyme Primes. She takes her chewables before each meal,

and you'd never know she was intolerant :-)

My daughter was so happy when we got her " milk things " . She told me, " I love

my milk foods. I am so happy. " :-)

HNI AFP Peptizyde would be a good choice to start with

I gave enzymes to my kids before each meal and snack.
