Guest guest
I've been on a whole foods diet now for about 5 months. In that time I have had no refined carbs nor any caffeine. I know that my adrenals are shot to hell from my mercury toxicity and this is the reason why I'm trying the whole foods diet. My question is - am I putting myself under too much stress by being on this diet while undergoing chelation? Since this diet, I have absolutely no energy and no motivation for doing much of anything. My quality of life is pretty much zero. My level of mercury toxicity is severe and cheleation is very difficult. Prior to this diet, I did have energy from refined carbs and I had a better quality of life then I do now. I miss the energy I had when I was eating refined carbs. I know that it is important the healing my fatigued adrenal system to stay clear of refined carbs and caffeine, but since I don't appear to be healing as fast as I would like, I'm considering going off my severe diet until after I complete my chelation (probably have another year and a half to go). Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Regards, MacRae
