I am starting now to prepare for the next dr. visit and I want to have a bunch of stuff for the meeting. I am going through the files and links for info that I can bring him. I am looking for stuff of scaphocephalic head shape and the treatment (kiki maybe) and the treatment of kids over 12 months. I know they only use helmets to 12 months if I use theirs, so if theirs won't work, I want to push for a scrip for the DOC. I have gotten some e-mails from people and it seems the DOC is the only one out there that can correct a scaphocephalic condition and I want to prove to him that if his can't help, I want the opportunity to try one that might. We are all here to help -- and let me tell you, this group is amazing (when I discovered it there were only about 20 or so parents.... ) in that time we've had so many different people share their trials and accomplishments.... it's really been wonderful. And please.....do NOT feel guilty!!!! We are all doing the best we can being moms (some of us first timers, some not).
