It is perfectly fine to just start with ALA.

Mix it down with some neutral powder so you can get reproducible dosage. E. g.

mix 50

mg capsule into 1 tsp powder, take 1/8 tsp of that and mix into 1 tsp powder and

take 1/

4 tsp of the second powder mixture which is about 2 mg.
