Basically, its just VS, OLE (500 mg caps), vitamin C, Colostrum gold,

and Epicor (as well as other basic supps). We are just increasing

things VERY SLOWLY and that is what is making it work better for us

than the short term high dose VS protocol that we tried back in the

summer. (At that time I really think the yeast got out of control

and masked all the gains). I only increase by 1/2 capsule of VS or

OLE or 500 mg Vitamin C every other week or so. Each of the small

increases brings about some new gains and a whole lot more yeast to

deal with.

She is currently at (daily) 6 VS caps/1,750 mg OLE/3,850 mg vitamin

C, 1/2 teas Colostrum, 1 Epicor. Right now I am trying to work up

the vitamin C and hold steady on everything else. Dana's recent

success with mega dose vitamin C inspired me to try that instead of

trying to go so high on the Virastop. We'll see how that works

here.

If I were someone just starting out with this I would definitely

start with some immune boosters before introducing the anti-virals.

They seem to make the anti-virals work better. Also plan on needing

a much stronger yeast arsenal (BIG understatement!)
