Different form of Magnesium

dear all,

i saw that there are so many forms of magnesium available, say,

carbonate, stearate, citrate, malate, asparate.....

i read andy's book talking abt supplmenting 750mg magnesium a day. so

which form(s) should i take? how can i determine?
