For my kids, folic acid was required for proper utilization of the

mB12. Without the folic, my kids were wildly hyper and had other

problems [like head banging] from the mB12. With the folic, they did

well with the mB12.

If you are asking me, my suggestion is chelate ASAP, once that is routinized (or

proven not

to help) start worrying about the other supportive interventions like this.

How much B12 is right for someone is very highly individual and can't be

predicted very

well beforehand. THus I always suggeset slowly increasing oral intake until it

becomes

impractically high then using shots.
