Guest guest
> We just began folic acid, 800 mg, and have noticed great improvements within this week. Hyperactivity gone, superb eye contact. Coincidence with the addition of folic acid, or just the MB12 beginning to take effect? For my kids, folic acid was required for proper utilization of the mB12. Without the folic, my kids were wildly hyper and had other problems [like head banging] from the mB12. With the folic, they did well with the mB12. Dana
Guest guest
If you are asking me, my suggestion is chelate ASAP, once that is routinized (or proven not to help) start worrying about the other supportive interventions like this. How much B12 is right for someone is very highly individual and can't be predicted very well beforehand. THus I always suggeset slowly increasing oral intake until it becomes impractically high then using shots.
