I have not tried it. The mineral oil works but I am looking for an

ongoing solution. I really believe that the ALA is causing the

constipation. I am going to look into oxypowder soon. Yesterday

she had a BM after 4 days with mineral oil. But I know I will have

to continue with the mineral oil until she starts having a BM again

daily. She has had 2 other episodes since going gfcf and each time

mineral oil has worked but I do worry about absorbtion of minerals.

I do not want to give ALA until this is under control.
