I think my son's taste buds are shot, but I can put up to 3 drops of this in

a cup of juice with his other supplements and he doesn't even flinch. Yeast

aid powder from kirkmans put in juice gets tossed across the room though..

Can you either put it in the middle of something on a spoon? Say put some

applesauce on a spoon, put a few drops of GSE and put more applesauce on top?

We normally use the tablets but I purchased the liquid thinking it

would be easier to put into juice. However, it tastes terrible.

I can't even stand it. I now have a brand new bottle of this

stuff..and no way he will take it.

Mixing with a little 50-50 is good--that has a grapefruit base to begin with.

Also, keep it on hand for your own sore throats, if nothing else. I have found

nothing better for kicking out a sore throat the minute you feel one coming on.

Gargle with 6-7 drops in water every few hours, then swallow. It really does a

great job--combine with zinc and vitamin C for minimizing the rest of your cold

symptoms, as well.

I squeeze the drops into an empty capsule. The only drawback is that

you can't do it ahead of time because the capsule will melt. But the

liquid is much stronger than the tablets.

Lemonade, orange juice, or tomato juice usually works well. My #3

would take it mixed with peanut butter and honey. Or, put the drops

into an empty capsule.

A little baby food (pear) mixed with a teaspoon of Agave Nectar does the trick!
