What's a typical dosage of Magnesium Malate for high Aluminum in hair ?

My hair test came back with high aluminum (8.7) > 68% and high

bisumuth and nickel.

How much magnesium malate should I be taking on a daily basis to get

rid of the aluminum. I am 42 years old.
