Insomnia - TMI warning

I had 3 amalgam fillings replaced about a month ago. I have been on

the recommended supporting supplements. During this menstral cycle, I

have had insomnia. It's the wierdest thing b/c I have never had

trouble sleeping. I will try melatonin tonight, but just wanted to

get some feedback/thoughts/etc. Is this an expected side effect of

having the amalgams removed? I still have 2 in my mouth so I'm not

chelating yet. Why would this only happen during my cycle?

Thanks!

I just found this unanswered post while searching for something.

So sorry that no answer was given.

It could. Mercury and copper are very cozy together. Copper is part of

your menstural cycle, pregnancy etc. I have found that removing all my

fillings induced my period early within three days of removal. And

also, that when I do chelation rounds, that same thing happens.

Also, moving metals around can put stress on already stressed

adrenals. You may need support. Stressed adrenals can cause insomnia

as well.
