Guest guest
The body keeps calcium at an even level in blood, so a blood test won't help determine whether she's getting too much. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, but I seem to remember Dana writing that one of her kid's was calcium toxic. I don't know how she figured that out, but might be worth asking her. S S
I have had her on 600-800 mg calcium since going gfcf 8 months ago. I
add extra magnesium a month before starting chelation. She started
sucking on her lip and breathing deeply so I dropped back to the doses
she had been on before, except I decreased the calcium. She is still
getting magnesium from the Brainchild multi. I have not tried IP6.

She fit the profile of excessive consumption of milk and dairy
products. But when she went gfcf she did not get any calcium because
of her limited interests. So I added a calcium supplement. Should I
stop giving the supplement? Is there a test to give to measure
calcium? She had a blood test 4 months ago and calcium was normal.
Her hair test 3 months ago showed low calcium but high probability of
mercury poisoning.

Thank you,

Jen
_______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web!
