Re: Lab Results, Viral

Anytime a child runs a fever, it is not allergy or food related.

This is viral in nature. As you describe how it happens for him it

sounds like a chronic underlying viral infection that he is not able

to keep down. So it resurfaces every few weeks. Not to mention virus

activity has a pattern or cycle. It comes and goes. So this makes

sense.

I think that any child with these symptoms could benefit from an

antiviral protocol. Regardless of titre results. You may find titre

information on Dana's website. But I would treat him with antivirals.

I chelated first, did anti-virals second.

Strep is a bacteria, not a virus, altho the anti-virals I used were

both anti-viral and anti-bacterial.

Hi Dana,

Yes, I realize strep is bacterial. I included the strep results as

they are an indication of the stressors on his immune system and how

it is not functioning as it should.

Thanks,

We are doing chelation first too.

Both Virastop enzyme and olive leaf extract are effective against

bacteria as well as viruses. In fact, my #4 had recurrent strep

issues and I got tired of taking her to the ped for Zithromax, so the

last time she had strep I gave her OLE instead of a trip to the ped.

That was the last time she had strep.

How much OLE did you give, I have a 3.5 yr old 31 lbs,

sounds like A PLAN! Angie

I really appreciate those of you who have responded. I am curious as

to why chelation was chosen first, since their system is in a

weakened state to begin with. Thanks so much.

I started at 250mg per day and then increased to 500mg. My kids were

older than yours tho, so you might want to start at 100mg.

Well, for me, I chose chelation first for two reasons.

1. My son tolerated no foods or supplements, and I had read that

chelation would remove the intolerances [which it did].

2. I thought chelation would be the final step, which as it turns out

I was wrong, it actually became the FIRST step to recovery.

Good luck.
