Guest guest
Hey The very best collection of GF bread recipies I know of is Bette Hagman's " The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread " . Your local library may have a copy. We used a number of recipes from that book, and even though my son isn't GFCF anymore, I still miss the chocolate bread! Most of her best recipes require more unusual bean flours like Garfava, so you would need to have some of that on hand. Contact me offlist if you want more details. take care Rene > > Hi, > Does anyone have any really good recipies for GFCF bread that actually tastes good to the general population? We have family coming in and I don't think that they'll enjoy what we usually have on hand... > Thanks :-) And Happy Holidays to all! > > __________________________________________________ >
Guest guest
We us this cookbook, too. We'll take GF olive bread to a family gathering tomorrow. We have a VitaMix so make our own brown rice, garbanzo, millet, quinoa, and buckwheat flours.
