Hey

The very best collection of GF bread recipies I know of is Bette

Hagman's " The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread " . Your local library

may have a copy. We used a number of recipes from that book, and

even though my son isn't GFCF anymore, I still miss the chocolate

bread! Most of her best recipes require more unusual bean flours

like Garfava, so you would need to have some of that on hand. Contact

me offlist if you want more details.

We us this cookbook, too. We'll take GF olive bread to a family gathering

tomorrow. We have a VitaMix so make our own brown rice, garbanzo, millet,

quinoa, and buckwheat flours.
